Henry van de Velde, tile tableau, 1905. 14.3 x 14.3 cm each. Made by Ransbacher Mosaik- und Plattenfabrik, Westerwald. Stoneware with anthracite decor. Maker´s mark. Very rare. The tiles come from the counter area of the Deutsche Bank Augsburg, whose interior was designed by v.d. Velde in 1906.
