A Good American Victorian Carved Mahogany Bedroom Suite, late 19th c., consisting of a bedstead, a mirrored back dressing chest and a washstand, the dressing chest with shell-carved crest and rocaille frieze supported by tapering reeded columns topped by ball finials, serpentine front chest of two short over two long drawers flanked by reeded half columns on blocked molded base, the washstand with towelbar above a conforming base with long drawer over cupboard doors, the bed having shell-carved crest, rocaille frieze, paneled headboard, with finialed acanthus-carved posts, conforming footboard and rails, bed height 78 in., width 62 in., dresser height 87 in., width 60 in., depth 27 in., washstand height 60 in., width 44 in., depth 24 in.
