A brass 'Spherical Weight Clock', Harding and Bazeley, Cheltenham, late 20th century, the circular timepiece movement with vertical platform lever escapement and stamped with roundel SINCLAIR HARDING & Co., ENGLAND, FEMA to backplate, set within a posted frame incorporating drive in the form of a wheel loaded with heavy ball bearings fed via a spiral wire run fitted to the top plate applied with plaque inscribed SPHERICAL WEIGHT CLOCK, No. 388 , the dial with circular plate inscribed Harding & Bazeley, Cheltenham, ENGLAND to centre within applied Roman numeral chapter ring beneath pierced upper spandrel infill, the moulded mahogany base incorporating beize-lined tray for holding the ball bearings and on brass bun feet, 35cm (13.75ins) high.
