Well listed contemporary artist and highly collected in her native Cuba and now beyond. In 2007 she had her first of many solo shows in the US at The Havana Gallery in Chicago, Illinois.
Her latest was a sellout. Graduated in 1986 at the School of Fine Arts, San Alejandro, Havana.
Graduated in 1990 in the specialty of Visual Arts Education at the Enrique Jose Varona Institute
of Higher Education. Member of UNEAC -the Cuban Association of Cartoonists- and member
of the Hermanos Saiz Association. From 1990 - 1993 she was Professor of the Visual Arts
Workshop at the Enrique Jose Varona Institute of Higher Education. In 1993 she was appointed Professor of Painting at the National Academy of Fine Arts "San Alejandro", Havana, where she
remains a visiting Professor.
