This delicate wall mirror is a desirable collectible item in the Louis Seize Style and it was made during the second half of the 20th century. The hand-carved frame was made of old woods. Its décor with the typical Louis Seize motifs captivates through the fine gilding on gesso plaster.



The wall mirror is in a good overall condition with only small traces of age and use. The gilding of the top’s laurel leaves crown shows minor gold flaking and indicates a restoration. The mirror measures 36.5 x 30 cm. The frame measures 85 x 45 x 5 cm. (cbo)
