Louis XV-Style Giltwood Console Table, mid-19th century, the shaped marble top above a conforming shell- and foliate-carved frieze, raised on C-scroll legs joined by a foliate-carved stretcher and ending in in-scrolled toes, h. 37", w. 50", d. 19".

In "as found" condition. The base is structurally sound. Old repairs to the legs. Gilt loss and rubbing throughout from age. No insect damage. The left rear corner of the marble has an old, poorly done glued repair. Some exposed losses along the glue line.
