Needs the following: front truck repro frame repainted, needs work on steam chest, needs stanchions reattached on railing. Scratched and worn paint, some rust spots on cab roof, has a bild-a-loco motor, has original Lionel replacement wheels. Tender has much paint loss on sides, rust on wheels and axles, good candidate for restoration, C4-5 condition.
