Cheshire Football Association, 9ct gold by Vaughtons & Sons, Winners Senior Cup medal 1926, named to G. Smith, Tranmere Rovers. Further West Lancashire Football League Champions 9ct gold and enamel medal 1932-33 named to G. Smith, Chorley, a silver Liverpool & District Teachers Association medal named to G. Smith 1915, two Liverpool & District silver and enamel sports league medals, unnamed and a base metal Liverpool boys football team badge, unnamed. (6). George Smith, an inside forward, joined Tranmere Rovers from Gillingham on the 31st July 1924 and played 35 Football League games before moving to Coventry City in 1926-7 season. George also played alongside Dixie Dean in the Cheshire County League and in the Cheshire Senior K O Cup.The Cheshire Football Association Winners Senior Cup medal 1926, awarded at the final of the 1925-26 season, held at Northwich Victoria's ground on the 10th of April 1926. Tranmere reserves beat Winsford United 3-1 to win the cup.
