1993 Lincoln Cent Struck Over Dime

1993 Lincoln Cent Struck over as a 1993-P Roosevelt Dime, NGC graded MS-66.
A neat Cent error that immediately troubles the viewer. It certainly looks like a Penny, but the color is off and close examination reveals lots of underlying detail from the Roosevelt Dime. Extremely rare -- the only explanation for this is that a Dime planchet was left over in a hopper and mixed in with some Cent planchets, or the planchet remained at a press that was being changed over from Dime to Cent production. An exciting and highly desirable, dual denomination error.
