(1999-P) PA 50 States Quarter Error

(1999-P) Pennsylvania 50 States Quarter Dollar, Triple Struck, NGC graded MS-64.
Struck at least three times and possibly more. The first strike was normally centered, but the coin ejected only halfway out of the press before it was struck again by the dies. The coin shifted slightly and received at least one more blow from the dies. As dramatic and as obvious as a error coin can get.
