COLECTION OF ENGLISH BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN TABLE ARTICLES. Comprised of a G. Phillips covered gravy dish, two creamers, a Wedgwood plate, a Staffordshire plate and an Ashworth covered vegetable bowl. Provenance: Kellar and Kellar Antiques, Oak Park larger plate diameter: 10"
Condition
Condition of creamer: These pieces both have a medium amount of grime build up. The larger of the two has scuffing to the lip with glaze loss and a couple of .25" diameter grazed chips to the tip of the pour. The inside has some yellow blotchy discolorations. There is some light crackle scattering the glaze. There are a couple .25" diameter grazed chips tot he bottom edge in the glaze. The smaller creamer has an approximately 2" x 3" section on the foot that appears to the have restoration. It is a yellow tint that appears to be repainted and there is some bumps that could be past or adhesive residue. Otherwise, this piece has some light scuffing through out from age and wear with light glaze loss. Both these piece have some negligible inclusions from firing such as light splitting and ash residue.
