This piece has a medium amount of grime build up to the surface. On the back, there is a light water stain line where it appears to have been submerged. There is a light layer of mildew to the surface of painting (light green pen tip sized spots scattered through out, visible on close inspection). There is some very slight warping to the board. It appears as thought this piece used to be in a frame, and there is some light wear to the edge where the frame rubbed. There area a few areas of pigment loss on the top edge, about .5" in diameter, and some light bending/dog earring on the corners (about .5" into the board). There are also a few light smears in the paint that appear to be from the painter.
