Topps produced the most highly regarded American movie star set of the post-WWII era in 1953. Offered is the stunning original artwork (3.5 x 5 inches) for card #52 Elizabeth Taylor, used in the production of the 1953 Topps Who-Z-At Star set. This is the artwork to the key card of the set. The name of the set "Who-Z-At Star" refers to the identification quiz printed on the back of each card. The artwork is accompanied by an example of the published card in Excellent condition. The original artwork is in Near Mint condition. A magnificent example of original artwork, of the most valuable card of the series, from this important early Topps set. Reserve $300. Estimate $500/$1,000.
