A Carved Jade Snuff Bottle,
of a near-white stone with russet skin and of compressed flask form, having relief carving of an inscribed gate above swirling waters, a bird and scrolled clouds above, the reverse of an even, white stone and uncarved, raised on an oval foot and having a coral stopper.
Height 2 7/8 inches.

Condition: In overall good complete condition, with minor wear throughout, the ivory scoop broken but the coral intact. The bottle well-hollowed.
