MATERIAL/FINISH COMPOSITION: Blued Titanic steel barrels. Case hardened frame. Checkered straight stock and forearm(s). FEATURES: Bead front sight(s). Engraved skeleton metal butt plate with small top tang. Receiver is engraved with decorative motifs as well as bird dogs on the right and left side and a wild fowl scene on the bottom. Both sides of receiver stamped "Parker Bros." at the rear. Right side of the water table stamped "PAT'D JAN.18,AUG.18.1887 / MAY 7-OCT.8.1889". Left side of the water table is stamped "3 / 101679". Both barrels have matching serial numbers to the receiver. 13-1/4" length of pull to the rear trigger. 14-1/4" length of pull to the front trigger. Comes with leather case with leather straps fitting the receiver/stock and both barrels. CONDITION: Excellent. Approximately 10% of the case colors remain on the receiver, upper and lower tangs and the top lever with no imperfections noted. Both barrels are excellent retaining 95% + of the finish with minimal imperfections. Bores are excellent. Stock and forearm(s) have a very attractive grain and show minimal wear with a few light handling marks. Leather case shows modest wear with one broken strap.
