Sidney / Jack Cummings," signed in the lower right corner "Donfeld," protective paper overlay taped to verso; included with typed (though undated) letter from the designer outlining how he worked on the film, further signed by him in brown felt-tip ink in the lower right corner. Elvis wears this costume in the dance number where he sings "What'd I Say" to Ann-Margret who wears a matching yellow sleeveless dress.
