In overall very good condition. Tight and solid. The upholstery exhibits some scattered very minor scrubs to the leather and specks of dirt. It appears the latter can be cleaned off. No tears noted. The bases exhibit minor rubbing, and some paint losses to the bottom edges of the legs. Wood appears to be walnut. No veneer losses or damage noted. Both pieces retain a foil Herman Miller label. The chair also has an applied sticker on the underside which indicates: "mfg date 9/28/2004".
