Pair of Continental Miniature Portraits on Ivory, fourth quarter 19th century, in gilt-brass frames, the woman's portrait labeled "S. Eleonora Abatissa", signed "A. Nachetti", h. 7", w. 4-1/4".

In generally good condition, although the miniatures cannot be examined out of the frames as they are glued along the edges. Some purplish discoloration, most visible to the the miniature of the lady. Minor surface abrading and soiling as well as some fading to the colors.
