MACEDON, ALEXANDER III, THE GREAT, 336-323 BC. AR Drachm. 20 mm, 4.05 grams. Bust young Herakles r./Zeus enthroned with eagle and scepter. Large flan. Good EF with excellent metal and considerably better than photo. An original Greek silver coin struck soon the death of Alexander the Great by his successors in his name.
