Susan Patricia was born in 1957 in Los Angeles, California where she's resided most of her life. Following graduation she attended L.A. Trade Technical College where she received her AA degree in technical illustration. She then completed her education at the Otis Parsons School of Style and in the University of California at Los Angeles in computer graphics. For 10 years, Susan Patricia worked within the Los Angeles region within the field of technical illustration and interior design, interrupted only by one year of work being a painting instructor in Cancun, Mexico. Susan Patricia credits her parents for recognizing her creative talent at an early age. They enrolled her in art classes when she was only in kindergarten and first grade. She responded enthusiastically towards the instruction which, in combination together with her all-natural talent, helped her move quickly toward additional education being an adult and her entrance into the world of internationally recognized artists.
