Anthology with cards of the Soviet space missions from 1957 until 1966
This is an anthology with 33 cards of the Soviet space missions from 1957 until 1966. The black and white cards each depict the name and date of the mission with partly space related illustrations. The cards are in chronological order. On the first page of the album are autographs of cosmonauts, including Kubasov.
The album is inscribed in gold indentation on the cover in Cyrillic ‘From the first Soviet satellite to LUNA-9 / 1957-1966’. The album is in good condition, merely the binding shows traces of use and the pages are somewhat soiled and bent. The photographs depict partly minimal handling creases and traces of glue, but are besides that in a good state. The dimensions of the album are 16.8 x 22.5 cm and the photographs are each 11.5 x 16.6 cm in size.
