This is a collection of German and American magazines from the fifties until today. It contains the book ‘Life in Space’ from 1983, 13 Life magazines from 1955 until 1970 to the topic of space exploration and 13 Spiegel magazines from the years 1955 until 2007 to the theme German aerospace. The collection contains an article from the German newspaper Zeit ‘Europäische Raumfahrt – wohin?’ from 26.11.1993. From the local Berlin newspaper Berliner Kurier the article ‘Sigmund Jahn Kosmonauten-Orden an West-Millionär verscherbelt?’ from 09.02.2011 is added to the collection. This collection of German and American newspaper documents builds an important journalistic testimonial of the international exploration of space.
