The items mentioned include clearing roof shingles, framing, dressers, “Garrett flooring for stairs…,” the chimney, and other details. At lower right: “Survey by expense $15.06.” Also handwritten at lower right: “Jh. Stodder.” In the same hand as Stodder’s name: “Lt. Vool.” Pencil mathematical computation in the blank area at the bottom of the Survey.
