Description

JULFEST 1943 ALLACH PLATE
Rare SS slave labor-manufactured Allach white porcelain plate, 9 3/4" dia., bearing the quotation: "WE WILL FIGHT OUR UNTIL OUR DAMNED ENEMIES MOVE THEMSELVES TO PEACE" with a swastika joining the first and last words of the quote. At center is a high-relief eagle clutching a sword and oak leaves in its talons, beneath which appears: "JULFEST 1943". A printed description appears on the reverse, just above a pair of SS runes: "The words of Frederick the Great in a letter to d'Argen In the Year 1758". Fine condition.
