GERMAN NAVAL OFFICER'S SWORD WITH SCABBARD
World War II German naval officer's sword by Adolf Braun, Berlin, steel blade regrettable heavily corroded in some areas, white wire bound grips somewhat chipped at top but with wire generally tight, gilt brass lion's head hilt with folding anchor guard and hinged scabbard hasp, leather scabbard with brass fittings, the leather stitching split in lower end of scabbard. Sword and scabbard with matching numbers, "N 1781". Estimated accordingly.
