Signed book "Regulations of the Recruiting Service of the Army of the United States, Both Regular and Volunteer", (Washington: Government Printing Office), 1863. 104pp. 8vo., paper covers. Signed on the cover adding rank: "Capt. 1st. Pa. Arty". Some dust soiling to cover, else very good.
