“Wrong-Way Corrigan", American aviator of the Thirties who set out in his plane promising to fly west and ended up making a trans-Atlantic crossing. His minor miscalculation brought him national fame. His signed autobiography That's My Story (New York: E. P. Dutton & Co.), 1938. 222pp. 8vo., illustrated, inscribed and signed on the front flyleaf and dated Feb. 27, 1939. Some slight toning to signed page, else very good, with slightly chipped dust jacket.
