Description
This 1936 calendar was distributed by American Stores Company, distributors of Louella sweet cream butter and Asco evaporated milk. The calendar is approximately 24-7/8 inches x 12 inches and features a picture of a small girl holding onto the collar of a calf with several cows in a field below. The colors in the picture are bright and sharp with no fading. The calendar still has the tin strip holding the calendar together and the metal ring to hang it. The dates of historical happenings are noted i.e., January 27, 1880 - the date Edison patents the incandescent lamp. The calendar is in excellent condition - a great piece to have.
