Offered is a stamp album from Scott Stamp & Coin Company with a copyright date of 1928. This book was most likely filled in the mid-thirties and the stamps are hinged both on and off paper. The hinges were applied to the center of the stamps (not along the top edge) so it is hard to look at the back of the stamps. The book has several pages with multiple stamps per page and more pages scattered throughout the book with just a few stamps. We did notice that some of the United States stamps were early Parcel Post, Special Delivery, Internal Revenue, and Columbia Expo (including a 30 cent stamp and a stamp marked split hat Landing of Columbus).
