This stunning Grateful Dead poster is a real eye catcher. The pink, off white, green/blue, and black with gray-blue colors really make this poster one of a kind. The speckling in the face adds character and movement, but still takes you back to the day of when the concert actually took place. This is a first printing and is on vellum that measures approximately 13-5/8 inches by 22 inches. The blue ink in this original run is extremely light sensitive and may fade to gray or even white if over exposed to the sun. This printing was produced before the concerts that were held February 24-26, 1967. There are no tack holes, but there is a crease to the top right corner and the blue is turning grey (as is common with this type of poster). This poster is marked Bill Graham #51.
