Description
Offered in this lot are two similar sized knife blades. The first blade is made of a translucent spotted agate and is approximately 2-1/8 inches x 1-1/4 inches. The second blade is made from a tan and cream colored jasper stone and is approximately 2-1/4 inches x 1-1/8 inches. These knife blades were found by Frank Buehler, one of the founding members of the Oregon Archaeological Society, circa 1960 in the vicinity of The Dalles, Oregon and has not been offered for public sale before. Buehler's collection features artifacts from all over the Columbia River Basin.
