This piece has a medium amount of overall wear from age appropriate use. The sheets have light yellowing. There are several light 1" - 2" creases scattering the cover, and there are a medium amount of light line scuffs and scratches to the cover visible in grazing light and to the naked eye. There is light metallic silver wear/loss. The front cover has a 1.5" x 1.5" sticker on the upper right hand corner that reads "5-30-69, to Sally, from Royce". All the corners have some light dog earring /bending. It appears that many of the pop up and inserts are included, but there is some damage. The binding is visible and slightly separating. Some of the pages have some very light glue residue that is possibly from the maker while binding the book, an there is some light oil from handing the paper. There is a tear in the lower knight group on the castle page. The Chelsea girl's disc has come unglued and there is light impressions from the spring. The Lou Reed disc sticker has been torn from the book, but is still included. Three of the white pages with print have a 1.5" x 1" coffee stain on the edge. The pop up tomato can has come unglued on the right pages, no longer pops upright. There is a piece missing on the page with the figure on the beach, perhaps the balloon? The page with the crowd on the roof has a piece of approximately 4" x 2" material that is causing the pages to stick together near the centerfold (probably balloon). and there is a stain/outline of this object yellowing the back of the sheets.
