Signed by the vice president and secretary. Reverse is endorsed. Blue border with black print. Vignette of nine miners working in a tunnel. Company seal at lower left. The company properties were located in the La Plata District. They owned two mine properties (the Little Ella and Carrie mines) and 136 acres for a town site. Today, Silver Dale is a ghost town.
