Edo Period, depicting an allegorical scene, with three noblemen observing two samurai and a band of musicians around a mitsudomoe drum in a garden setting, under a gilt cloud cover and scattered pine trees.
Height 69 x width of each panel 24 inches.

Condition: In overall fair condition. With wear and finish losses to the black metal frame, and with wear, small losses, fading and discoloration to the fabric mounting in the margins. The image with minor wear, scratches, minor water stains, old repairs and creases. The colors bright. Wear to the paper back and with patches of replaced paper. Rust and oxidation to the metal mounts. Structurally stable.
