Pre-Columbian, Costa Rica, Ca 500 to 1000 CE. Lovely pottery whistle in shell form decorated with repeating jaguar spots, large hole on one side and smaller on other to allow user to change pitch, with hole for suspension. 2-1/2" L. Make lovely sound when blown across opening.
