Unusual German Bisque Bathing Beauty, c. 1900, of a woman in a nautilus shell body, H.- 2 1/2 in., W.- 5 3/8 in., D.- 2 1/2 in.

Condition

Condition consistent with age. Slight paint losses observed on shell ridges and edges of flower crown. Mild dust debris observed. Backside of shell is marked “2493.1.” Base is moderately scuffed, and has some residue. A delightful figure.
