19TH C EUROPEAN GENRE O/C: Depicting a young girl kneeling next to her pet bird in a cage, 16 3/4'' x 20 3/4'', no visible signature. Condition - Has been relined with several areas of in-paint visible by blacklight. Possibly English in origin (pre Raphaelite?). Encased in period gilded frame with some wear, 24'' x 28''.
