Description

Chicago Milwaukee & St Paul Railway initials are stamped in the lid of this Adams & Weslake brasstop bellbottom railroad lantern frame. This frame has a twist off bell assembly. The top has a ratchet down feature for securing the globe. The brass to is in very nice condition. A clear coat product was applied many years ago to this frame. The globe is a 5 3/8" tall and has CM&StPRy cast in an oval panel. The frame has a platform for this Corning style globe to sit on. The globe also has the Corning "Cnx" logo and a small "3" cast above that. The reverse side of the globe has "SAFETY FIRST" cast across the belly.
