Ham #39 Wire Bottom Conductor Lantern GREEN/CLEAR

Item Details

Description

A wonderful Green over Clear globe in this unusual C. T. Ham brass conductor lantern. The frame has the well known Ham double vertical wires. There are no joint clips where the verticals meet the horizontal. It is a #39 size. The base has a nice Ham patent marking and the large diameter base plate on the fount assembly. Generally you see the Ham patent applied for marking on brakeman lanterns. I do not remember seeing this marking on a brass frame before. The top area is not marked for Ham the way a typical brasstop would be marked. The globe is very nice and it has the distinct line you want to see on a 2 color globe. This lantern is a great display piece.
