A nice Colima-Pihuamo ceramic figurine, West Mexico, c. 100 BC - AD 250, in the form off a standing male with a child on his right shoulder, his left arm held behind in support. H: 5 ¾ in (14.6 cm). Intact with beautifully red burnished surface with light deposits. Ex Dr. J. Hilsabeck estate, acquired from the 1950’s to early 1980’s.
