Description
China, ca. 2nd-1st Millennium BCE. A circular bangle of carved Rhinoceros horn bone, with narrow center hole. The delicate bone demonstrates very fine root marking. It is important to remember, the Rhino has been extinct in China for 2000 years. Very rare to find one in a bracelet! 4-1/2" D.
