Description
Egypt, ca. 1900-1940. A fine vintage Egyptian camel saddle of wood and leather. Wood base with metal rivets on legs lashed together by leather cord. Cushion is olive green leather, well worn and torn open in places, with remnants of embossed decoration still visible. 15" x 15" x 20"
Provenance: Ex-Hewitt collection, Denver, CO, acquired in the 1970's.
