PUGH," 18TH/19TH CENTURY, with four tapering waved splats flanked by cylindrical stiles surmounted by double line incised sphere form finials, above flat serpentine scrolling arms, on turned baluster supports and a trapezoidal rush seat, raised on cylindrical legs and curved rockers, connected by box form stretchers.NOTE: A virtually identical Delaware River Valley rocking chair was sold at Copake Auctions Inc, New York, February 4, 2012, Lot 61.
