Alex Pollack was a major star of the Jewel Box Review. He was the make-up artist for the stars including Phyllis Diller, Anne Margaret, Lucille Ball, Connie Stevens and many others. The Mannequin came from Fredericks of Hollywood and Alex made up the "Kiss Me You Fool" face. The glitter and the pieces of this assemblage were collected from the movies Alex worked on.
