Second half 19th century, the waisted case with foliate mounts and surmounted by a figure of a cherub blowing a trumpet, the hinged glazed door enclosing a gilt metal dial relief-cast with foliage, flowering urns and a portrait bust, and inset with white enamel cartouches with black Roman numeral hours encircled by further cartouches with Arabic minutes, attached to a twin train movement signed ''H & F / Paris / 3041'', with pendulum stamped ''CH 3041'', with a conforming bracket, excluding bracket 29.5'' H; overall 37.5'' H x 16'' W x 8'' D, est: $800/1000

Condition
Overall good condition. General marks, scratches and wear commensurate with age and use. A few areas of lifting to brass overlay. A 2'' x 1.5'' repaired area to front of bracket with visible glue residue. Minor rubbed wear to hour numerals. Movement appears complete. Working condition unknown. Moran's does not guarantee working condition of clocks and watches.
