Lenox Hand-Painted Candlestick. Magnificent American Gilt-Porcelain Candleholder. Signed by the artist W H Morley(1869-1934), the Principal Decorator at Lenox. This is the largest possible Candlestick that could be produced in the kilns at the time and no known examples may have ever been brought to market. Beautiful and Romantic Roses are painted from top to bottom by this revered artist. This item offered was on permanent exhibition at the Lenox Showrooms in Trenton, New Jersey, USA. There are numerous control tags to the underside for its place as a Sample. Size: 14"H x 7"W (35 x 18 cm).
