Numerous works by Leonor Fini (1908-1996) deal with her erotic fantasies, also the present pen and ink drawing with watercolor. Known for her eccentric personality, Fini dramatically exaggerated her figural depictions, whereby her erotic motifs often express a tension between attraction and fear.
