BROOKLYN / GIANT PRISM WITH THUMBPRINT BAND STAND LAMP, colorless lead glass, dome-top font with 12 thumbprints below shoulder, raised on a hollow prism-pattern stem and concave-sided hexagonal base, wafer construction, brass-fine line collar. Bakewell, Pears & Co., Pittsburgh, PA. and others. Third quarter 19th century. 9 1/4" H, 4 1/4" DOA base.

Provenance: From a Connecticut estate collection.

Condition

Excellent condition, base corners with a shallow chip and several flakes.
