Lot includes the exhibition catalog For John Cox' Daughter: African American Quilts from the Southeastern United States; 79 x 81 in (larger).
Both quilters were featured in the exhibition, For John Cox' Daughter, held at the University of Michigan in 1991. The quilts in this lot were purchased at the exhibition.
