Important East Liverpool, Ohio-Made 1933 World's Fair Trophy 

American (Ohio), ca 1933. A two-handled ceramic trophy with orange lustreware decoration and silver luster trim, the body having two transfer-decorated cartouches of colorful rock doves (commonly known as pigeons), with a matching domed lid, foot with fired on inscription Chicago / Worlds Fair / Convention Race 1933, signed on bottom Bowler & Wilton / East Liverpool, OH; ht. 18.5 in.
